How to work it out
- One bag is one portion: 40 g, to carry with you.
- Starting point: one bag per person per working day. Two if you have it at two moments, for example mid-morning and mid-afternoon.

Limits

- Chocolate. If you carry it in a backpack, keep it away from heat: it melts.
- Allergens. The 40 g packs state they may contain traces of tree nuts and peanuts. The apple in the Family pack contains the preservative SO2: it contains sulphites.
- Cherries. They are not included in the tables for children.
