Born sells semi-dried fruit in 40 g bags and in a resealable 250 g bag. It needs no fridge, lasts up to 12 months closed and arrives in 48 to 72 working hours on the mainland, with free shipping from €45. Below are the questions that come up most, grouped by topic.

Frequently asked questions
What is semi-dried fruit?
Fruit with part of its water removed, not all of it. That is why it stays soft and flexible, neither hard nor crunchy.
What ingredients does it contain?
Single-ingredient products contain only the fruit, for example mango, pineapple, coconut or black cherries. Others contain a second ingredient: lime, nectar, sea salt or dark chocolate. Each product page states it.
Does it contain added sugar?
Single-ingredient products do not: the label says "no added sugars, contains naturally occurring sugars". The chocolate contains cane sugar and the ginger products contain cane syrup or honey.
Does it need a fridge?
No. Store it in a cool, dry place. Chocolate products, away from direct heat.
How long does it last?
Up to 12 months with the pack closed, according to Born's product pages. The 250 g bag is resealable: close it after each use.
What formats are there?
Packs of 6 individual 40 g bags (240 g in total) and a resealable 250 g bag, plus mixed packs.
Is it organic?
Products with the organic seal state it on the product page with the control body code ES-ECO-019-CT. Not all of them carry it: check each product page.
When will my order arrive?
On the mainland, in 48 to 72 working hours.
How much does shipping cost?
On the mainland and the Balearic Islands, €6.50, and free from €45.
Do you ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla?
The shop does not offer it at checkout. Write to Born through the contact form and they will give you the price and delivery time.
Do you ship outside Spain?
Yes, to much of Europe with GLS. The rate depends on the country and the weight; the full table is on the shipping to Europe page.
How does the subscription work?
You receive your order on a regular basis and you can cancel whenever you want.
Can it be given as a gift?
Yes. There are packs designed as gifts and, for companies, you can ask for volume and an invoice through the contact form.
Can I carry it in a backpack or keep it in the office drawer?
Yes. The 40 g bags are sealed, do not stain and need no cold. Chocolate is best kept away from heat.
