Shipping policy
DELIVERY
Confirmed orders to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands are delivered within 48 to 72 working hours by one of our courier services. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you a dispatch confirmation email.
Please note that BORN ships orders from our online shop to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands for €6.50, and free on orders from €45. If you would like to order from the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, email us at hola@bornfruits.com and we will tell you the shipping price.
If delivery cannot be made after two unsuccessful attempts, the courier will notify that the recipient was not available and will leave a note so the parcel can be collected from the nearest office.
Please include all the details needed for delivery in your shipping address. Complete information lets us deliver your order on time. The BORN online shop does not deliver to PO boxes.
The BORN online shop cannot be held liable for failure to perform the contract in the event of products being out of stock or unavailable, force majeure, interruption of activity or total or partial strikes, in particular of postal services and means of transport or communications, floods or fire. If a product bought by the customer is out of stock, we will inform them in writing. If the order cannot be delivered due to force majeure, the full amount of the purchase will be refunded.
SHIPPING TO EUROPE
We ship to the countries in this table with GLS. The price depends on the weight of the order and you see it at checkout, before paying. Free shipping from €45 applies only to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. The delivery time includes one day of preparation at our warehouse.
