Pure Fruit
The short answer: Fruit in individual 40 g bags, in packs of six. Mango, pineapple, coconut and black cherries contain a single ingredient: the fruit. For your handbag, the office drawer or your rucksack, no fridge needed.
What you will find
- One ingredient: organic semi-dried mango, organic semi-dried pineapple, organic coconut flakes and semi-dried black cherries. No added sugars. Contain naturally occurring sugars.
- With a second ingredient: mango with lime, pineapple with lime, coconut with nectar and coconut with sea salt.
- Diced ginger in cane syrup, in a pack of six resealable 80 g bags.
Limits
Semi-dried fruit concentrates its own sugar: the mango declares 54.2 g of sugars per 100 g. The nectar sweetens and the diced ginger contains 43% cane sugar, so those two do not count as "no added sugars".
